Network Researcher

Internet Measurement | Network Topology | Network Resillience

I am a 5th Year PhD Student at the Graduate Group of Computer Science at University of California Davis, where I am a member of the IMPLY Lab. My research interests lie at the intersection of internet measurement, network topology and network resillience. I focus on creating pipelines to identify and quantify critical internet infrastructue, to advance the understanding of infrastructure dependence and resillence.

My research is advised by Prof. Alexander Gamero-Garrido. Through our extended group, I also collborate Prof. David Choffnes , Prof. Elizabeth Belding . Addtionally through Internet Society’s Pulse Research Fellowship (2025), I have had the privilege of working with Amreesh Phokeer , Vasillis Giotsas and Prof. Pedro Marcos

I am currently working on projects related to:

• Identifying public infrastructure in bulk
• Quantifying the criticality of public infrastructure

In my free time, I love to write poetry, cook mixed cusine dishes and go for long bike rides.

• 10/2025: Gave a talk a preliminary talk on passively analyzing IXP shutdown impact on Austrlian IXPs, at IMC 2025
• 07/2025: “Quantifying the impact of IXP shutdowns” accepted at IMC 2025 Student Workshop!
• 03/2025: Pulse Research Fellow (2025) – Awarded a competive $17,000 fellowship by the internet society to study IXP resillience!
• 03/2025: Attended PAM 2025
• 01/2025: Gave a guest lecture on BGP for ECS 152A - Computer Networks
